- Lead Safety Requirements: There is no form for lead for FCC. AB 2370 passed in 2018 requires: 1. The law adds lead safety training to the one-time Preventive Health and Safety Training for licenses issued after July 1, 2020. 2. It required us to give parents lead safety information when they enroll or re-enroll a child. 3. It requires some centers (not FCCH) to do water testing. Storyblocks is a project of Colorado Libraries for Early Literacy, working in partnership with Rocky Mountain Public Broadcasting Services.
